Aagot (Bratmoe) Nebben

October 9, 1913 — June 17, 2000

Aagot Nebben was born October 9, 1913, in Dawson, to Ole P. and Gunda (Nesvold) Bratmoe.  She was baptized in 1913, and confirmed in 1927, at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Dawson.
Aagot was united in marriage to Gilbert Nebben on September 10, 1949, in Dawson.  To this union Arden and Curtis were born.  Aagot lived her entire life in Dawson.  In her younger years she enjoyed bowling, was active in Ladies Aid, volunteered at the Johnson Memorial Home, and now, she had enjoyed belonging to the Dawson Sr. Citizen's.  She also was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and Gold Star Sisters.
Aagot died on Saturday evening, June 17, 2000, at the Johnson Memorial Home at the age of 86.
She is survived by her son Curt and wife, Cathy; grandchildren: Jason, Marlee, Crystal, Michael, and Dylan; great-grandson, Christopher; and other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Gilbert on January 9, 1978; son, Arden on November 21, 1965; and 6 brothers: Oscar, Bennie, Norman, Albert, Melvin, and Rueben.
