Alice (Larson) Ronneberg

April 9, 1917 — March 14, 2000

Alice Ronneberg was born in Mohall, North Dakota, on April 9, 1917, to Carl and Anna (Peterson) Larson.  She was baptized in North Dakota and confirmed at the Louisburg Lutheran Church in Louisburg.
On November 10, 1943, Alice and Manfred Ronneberg were united in marriage.  They farmed in Garfield Township, rural Madison, and later, rural Dawson.  After Manfred's death on April 23, 1965, she remained in her home until she moved to the Riverside Apartments.  On January 14, 2000, she became a resident of the Madison Lutheran Home and remained there until her death on Tuesday, March 14, at the age of 82 years, 11 months, and 5 days.
Alice was a member of Grace Lutheran Church.  She enjoyed needlework, quilting, crafts, playing cards, and spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by her children: Manny (Jeanie) of Willmar, Curt (Jeanne) of Sebeka, Mavis Ronneberg of Minneapolis and Evelyn Ronneberg of Minneapolis; 6 grandchildren: Jeff (Jill) of St. Paul, Kevin of Minneapolis, Tim of St. Paul, Kristin of Minneapolis, Andy (Jennifer) of Sebeka and Molly (Mike) Heino of Perham; great-grandchildren: Tia Ronneberg and Megan Heino; 2 sisters: Helen Larson of Dawson and Carol (Lester) Oman of Minneapolis; sister-in-law, Myrtle Ronneberg of Dawson; nieces and nephews, other family, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Manfred; 6 brothers: Arthur, Arvid, Walter, Raymond, Leonard, and Donald Larson; and 2 sisters: Hazel Larson and Ethel Ellefson.
