Amber Lee Brezinsky, age 42, passed away on Friday, March 14, 2025 at her residence. She had fought valiantly for many months hoping to overcome her cancer diagnosis.
On December 31, 1982, Amber Kuiken was born in Fridley, MN. She graduated from Montevideo High School in 2001 and Central Lakes College in Brainard, MN in 2002 as a dental assistant. Amber married Scott on December 2, 2006 and became a mother of 3 beautiful girls.
She was an individual that loved life, full of joy and optimism. Amber had an amazing memory and took pride in being extremely timely. She was capable of meeting people and quickly able to build long-lasting relationships filled with love. Amber met people from all around the world and made a point to actively maintain those connections. She was genuine, down to earth, and always provided people with kind, supportive words and was truly an inspiration. Amber’s smile was contagious, lit up the room, and she loved to laugh. She enjoyed traveling and adventure, along with walking the beach, shelling, and the outdoors. Amber was able to visit 49 of the 50 United States in her life, along with other memorable vacations being Mexico, Canada, and Italy. She was always up for playing cards or board games and was a formidable competitor. Amber became an amazing self-taught seamstress and made her goal of sewing 100+ dresses in one year! Somehow, between being an incredible cook, host, and food planner, she also found the time for canning and gardening. Amber enjoyed being a supportive “Dance Mom” and was present for every competition and recital her girls took part in.
