Angela Christine Moe was born on December 13, 1977, in Watertown, MN, to Dennis and Linda (Knutson) Moe. She was baptized and confirmed at Grace Lutheran Church in Dawson. Angie graduated from Dawson-Boyd High School in 1996, and later attended St. Cloud State University, earning her Bachelor's degree in social work. She also held a degree in graphic design and a Master’s degree in business. She worked in the Twin Cities for some time, at US Bank in Marshall, and also in Montevideo before moving back home to Madison to help care for family members.
Angie left a lasting impression on those around her - a person full of life, authenticity, and kindness. If you asked for Angie's opinion, she wasn't afraid to share it along with her animated facial expressions. Her authentic personality fueled her passion and honesty, which was a breath of fresh air to many. Angie made the world a better place just by being herself. Angie had a deep love for working with her hands, whether it was through crafting, painting, or helping her mother Linda with home remodeling projects. She was creative in many ways; writing poetry, designing and painting signs, using decals to create custom furniture and home decor, and even donating some pieces to help support friends Skimmer's Bike Run. She found solace in the sky, sharing pictures of meaningful moments of clouds and often recognizing signs from above in random places, reminding her of her faith. She was incredibly devoted to her family and friends, always ready to lend a hand and offer support. Angie spent much of her life caring for others, and her selflessness touched many lives. Angie was incredibly close to her mother; together they spent many years missing Shelley, Angie's little sister, who passed in 1989, who she is now reunited with in Heaven after all these years.
Angie is survived by her mother, Linda; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Dennis; sister, Shelley; grandparents, Charlie and Myrtle Moe, and Jim and Velva Knutson.
