Ardis Feldhake

January 11, 1930 — December 7, 2014

Ardis Marie Feldhake was born January 11, 1930 in Swift County, MN to Arthur and Agnes (Olson) Ostenson.  She was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith in Milan, MN.  Ardis was united in marriage to Richard Feldhake on July 6, 1949.  They farmed north east of Montevideo until 1979  until they moved to Montevideo.  Ardis was a homemaker and worked part-time at the Monte Motel.  Ardis was a very talented piano player.  She would hear a song and be able to play it on the piano.  She enjoyed sharing her talent by playing at Luther Haven Nursing Home, Appleton Nursing Home, Copper Glen and the VFW Ladies Auxiliary.  She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Montevideo and the VFW Ladies Auxiliary Post 380. Ardis enjoyed playing Bingo, spending the holidays with family, playing the piano and visiting with her many friends.

She is survived by her children, David (Carolyn), Ronald (Ginger), Robert, Yvonne (Delos) Buseman and Annette Smith; Grandchildren: Corey (Kim), Jamie (Lindsey), Joseph, Katie (Curt) Kvam, Amy (Steve) Granfors, Matthew (Brenna), Scott (Andrea), Tami, Garrett, Billy (Holly) Buseman, and Jennifer Buseman; 12 great-grandchildren;  sister Emogene (Larry) Anderson of Minneapolis and sister-in-law Betty Ostenson.

Preceding her  in death were her parents; her husband, Richard in 1983, brothers Warner, Leweldon and Dennis and her sister Vionne who died in infancy.
