Bud (L.E.) Schultz

Bud (L.E.) Schultz passed away on Sunday, June 2nd at CentraCare Hospital in St Cloud Minnesota   He was 91.

Bud’s funeral service will be on Friday, June 14th at Trinity Lutheran Church in Montevideo  Visitation with the family begins at 10am preceding the 11am service.

Bud was born in Montevideo and was the middle child of Clayton and Dagny. In 1952 he married Janet. They enjoyed almost 69 years together with only a short time apart while he was in the Army serving in Korea.

His survivors include his brother Don (Marieta), daughter Pauline (Dave) Trandahl, son Charlie (Pam) Schultz, grandchildren: Kristin(Jason) Phillips, Chad (April) Schultz, Jason (Lucia) Trandahl, Miranda (Matt) Gilbertson, Nate Trandahl, Matt Schultz and Andy(Dani) Schultz along with great grandchildren Janae, Karson,Madilyn, Parker, Bella and Hallie   Also surviving are his sister in law Betty Velde and many nieces and nephews.

Bud was preceded in death by his wife, parents, sister Virginia and several members of his extended family.

In lieu of flowers Bud wished for memorials to be gifted to Trinity Lutheran Church or to St Jude’s.
