Donald Einerson of El Dorado, Kansas and formerly of Montevideo died on Friday, April 11, 2008 at Lakepoint of Augusta in Augusta, Kansas at the age of 70. Funeral services were conducted at 10:30 A.M. Wednesday April 16, 2008 at the Watson Lutheran Church with Rev. Larry Olson officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery. Donald Roger Einerson was born September 3, 1937 in Montevideo, Minnesota the son of Milton "Mickey" and Florence (Otheim) Einerson. He grew up and graduated from the Montevideo High School. He served his country in the United States Navy. He worked as a Vice-President of Commerce Bank in Joplin, MO and worked as an electrical lineman in Kansas before retiring. He lived in Kansas City and Joplin, MO and in El Dorado, KS. He loved baseball, fishing and being with his family. Surviving family include three sons: John (and Kindre) Einerson of Smithville, Missouri; Tait (and Janie) Einerson of Liberty, Missouri; and Micah "Mickey"Einerson of Wichita, Kansas; two daughters: Missy (and Mike) Gillespie, Parkville, Missouri and Kari Einerson of El Dorado, Kansas; eight grandchildren; and one brother, Jerald (and Arlys) Einerson of Clitheral Lake, Minnesota. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Hartley Einerson; and by a sister, Sharon Einerson.
