George Norborg, 95, of Maynard died November 26, 1993 at the Clarkfield Care Center in Clarkfield, MN.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 30 at 2:00 P.M. at Maynard Presbyterian Church. Rev. Joseph Prakasim will officiate and interment will be at Leenthrop Baptist Cemetery.
Visitation will be held for one hour before services at the church in Maynard.
George L. Norborg was born February 19, 1898 in Stoneham Township, Chippewa County, MN the son of Nels and Ellen (Peterson) Norborg. He attended school in Maynard. George farmed in Stoneham Township with his brothers: Pete, Henry, and Willard. George moved to the Clarkfield Care Center in the mid 80's.
He is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death were his parents; three brothers: Willard, Pete and Henry; and two sisters: Jennie Odegaard and Josephine Heen.
