Gunda Hagen, 93, of Montevideo died October 6, 1992 at Luther Haven Nursing Home in Montevideo.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 10, 1992 at 10:00 A.M. at Trinity Lutheran Church. Rev. Al Lewis will officiate and interment will be at Black Oak Lake Cemetery, rural Montevideo.
Visitation will be held Friday afternoon and evening at the Anderson Funeral Home and at the church for one hour before services.
Gunda Marie Hagen was born December 29, 1898 in Chippewa County, MN the daughter of the late Einar and Gertina (Bavre) Hagen. She attended rural school in Chippewa County, graduated from Montevideo High School and later attended Oak Grove in Fargo, ND where she received her teaching certificate. Gunda taught in the Fargo area before returning to Montevideo where she worked as a bookkeeper for Equity Elevator. She moved with her mother to Minneapolis in 1950. Gunda later returned to Montevideo and has lived at Luther Haven Nursing Home since 1989.
She is survived by one sister Elsie L. Husby of Montevideo, MN and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were her parents, five brothers, four sisters, and one foster brother.
