Helen Edith (Arnold) Thompson

Helen Thompson, of Montevideo, died on April 23, 1996 at the Clara City Nursing Home at the age of 55.

Memorial services will conducted on Saturday April 27, 1996 at 10:00 A.M. at the Anderson Funeral Home Chapel in Montevideo.

Helen Edith (Arnold) Thompson was born on June 15, 1940 in Burnham, PA to Russell and Mary (Byrd) Arnold.  She graduated from Lewistown High School in Lewistown, PA in 1958.  On October 13, 1958 she was united in marriage to Delwyn Thompson in Lewistown.  They lived in Maryland for a number of years while Del served in the Air Force.  In 1966 they moved to Lansdale, PA, in 1970 to Milan, MN and in 1985 to Montevideo, MN.  She was a member of Jehovah's Witness Kingdom Hall in Montevideo.

She is survived by her husband, Delwyn of Montevideo; one son, Russell of Big Stone City, MN; and  her father and mother-in-law, George and Leona Thompson of Milan, MN.

Preceding her in death were her parents and one brother, James Arnold.
