Laurie Ann Bradley of Benson died on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at her home in Benson.
Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at 3:00 PM at Anderson-TeBeest Funeral Home in Montevideo.
Laurie Ann Bradley was born on May 21, 1962 in Memphis, TN. She grew up there with her younger sister and older brother. She attended Briar Crest Elementary School. She moved to Florida with her mother and sister when she was 13 years old. She attended Pensacola High School and graduated in 1980.
Laurie married Tony Caruso and they lived in Orlando for many years. They had a son together, James Caruso. Laurie then met Kevin Augeson and moved to Minnesota in which she quickly called home. They had a daughter together, Brianna Augeson. Kevin and Laurie went their separate ways in 1993 and Laurie moved back to Tennessee with her children. Laurie moved around for many years and had many jobs and she made lots of friends wherever she went.
Laurie has always had a struggle with mental illness and alcoholism and on February 17, 2018 those struggles became too much for her to bear and God brought her home.
She is survived by her son, James (Elizabeth) Caruso, Seattle,WA and Brianna (fiancé Daniel Ward) Augeson, Montevideo, two grandchildren; Kingsley and Hailee; sister, Andrea Long, brother, John (Linda) Bradley, Horn Lake, MS, niece, Josi’, nephew, Zachary, and mother, Barbara (Richard) Dean, Cherokee Village, AR.
