Lillian Evenskaas, 80, died November 22, 1994 at the Madison Lutheran Home in Madison.
Funeral services were held Friday, November 25, 1994 at 1:30 P.M. at the Madison Lutheran Home Chapel. Rev. Paulus Pilgrim officiated and interment was at Zion Lutheran Cemetery, rural Watson, MN.
Lillian J. (Paulson) Evenskaas was born January 27, 1904 in Big Bend Township, Chippewa County, MN the daughter of Ole and Anna (Golden) Paulson. She was baptized and confirmed at Big Bend Lutheran Church. Lillian was united in marriage with Alvin Evenskaas October 18, 1922. They lived near Milan and later Louisburg. Alvin died in 1985. Lillian has been a resident of the Madison Lutheran Home for the past 6 years.
She is survived by one son Glen of Louisburg, MN; two daughters: Vione Lietz and her husband LeRoy of Benson, MN and Lorraine Tubbs and her husband Kenneth of Montevideo, MN; threegrandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and 3 great,great grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her parents ; her husband, Alvin; 2 brothers and 5 sisters.
