Linda Ehlenz of Raymond, died on Sunday, February 14, 2010 at her home at the age of 61. Memorial services will be conducted on Wednesday, February 24, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the Anderson Funeral Home Chapel in Montevideo with Pastor Barry Brace officiating. Linda Mary (Herzog) Ehlenz was born on April 6, 1948 in Minneapolis, MN to Robert and Alice (Moore) Herzog. She grew up in Columbia Heights, MN and graduated from Columbia Heights High School in 1966. She was united in marriage to James Ehlenz in Minneapolis. Following several years in Minneapolis, they moved to Dawson, MN, where she lived for many years. The past several years she has lived in a variety of communities, currently residing in Raymond, MN. She attended and graduated from Ridgewater College in Willmar and enjoyed quilting, fishing and Bible Studies. She is survived by two sons: Timothy Ehlenz of Montevideo and Tony Ehlenz of Wheaton, MN; five grandchildren: Devin, Amanda, Kirsten, Ethan and James; three brothers: Richard Herzog of Phoenix, AZ; Michael Herzog of St. Paul, MN and Stephan Herzog of Champlin, MN; two sisters: Theresa Nelson of St. Croix, WI and Mary Judge of Columbia Heights, MN, as well as by a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and by a son, Peter.
