Lloyd Moe

Lloyd Moe, 87, of Milan, died February 19, 1996 at the Appleton Nursing Home in Appleton, MN.

Funeral services will be held Friday, February 23, 1996 at 1:30 P.M. at Watson Lutheran Church.  Rev. Robert Rendahl will officiate and interment will be at Zion Lutheran Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Thursday afternoon and evening at the Anderson Funeral Home in Montevideo and at the church for one hour before services on Friday.

Lloyd Moe was born November 6, 1908 in Kragero Township, Chippewa County, MN the son of Ole and Oline (Olson) Moe.  He was baptized December 6, 1908, confirmed at Zion Lutheran Church, and he attended rural schools.  Lloyd farmed in Kragero Township until his retirement.  He had been a resident of the Appleton Nursing Home since 1992.

He is survived by three nieces: Betty and Aljean Schniederman of Milan, MN, Shirley and Loyal Tingelstad of Detroit Lakes, MN, and Betty and Daryles Molden of Milan, MN; and one nephew, Robert Moe of Milan, MN.

Preceding him in death were his parents; three sisters: Johanna Moe, Johanna Moe, and Mable Olson; and six brothers: Jens, Albert, John, John, Julian, and Eddie.
