Lucille Mae Peterson

Lucille Peterson, of Montevideo, died on Sunday, August 3, 1997 at the Chippewa Co -Montevideo Hospital at the age of 56.

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, August 5, 1997 at 1:30 PM at the Anderson Funeral Home Chapel in Montevideo with Rev. Lois Knutson officiating.  Burial will be in the Sunset Memorial Cemetery.

Visitation will be for one hour prior to the services at the Anderson Funeral Home in Montevideo.

Lucille Mae Peterson was born on June 30, 1941 in Montevideo, MN to Alfred and Betty (Abbott) Peterson.  She was baptized and confirmed at Our Savior's Lutheran Church and attended Montevideo Public Schools.  She was a lifelong resident of Montevideo and worked for MTI in Montevideo for nearly 30 years.

She is survived by two sisters: Edna Davis and her husband Gene of Fergus Falls, MN and Sue Easterlund and her husband Doug of Sartell, MN; one brother, Windy Peterson of Montevideo, MN; two sisters-in-law: Winnie Peterson of Willmar, MN and Pam Peterson of Monticello, MN; as well as by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers: Alvin, James, Calvin and John Peterson; and one sister-in-law, Dorothy Peterson.
