Luella "Lou" Hadrath died November 17, 1992 at her son's home in Montevideo at the age of 71.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 21, at 11:00 A.M. at Our Savior's Lutheran Church. Rev. Warren Broughton will officiate and interment will be at Terrace Lawn Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Friday afternoon and evening and the Anderson Funeral Home in Montevideo with the family present from 7-8:00 P.M. and at the church for one hour before services.
Luella Arlene Reiten was born April 1, 1921 in Minnesota Falls Township, Yellow Medicine County, MN the daughter of the late William and Ruth (Minsaas) Reiten. She was baptized at Saron Lutheran Church and graduated from Granite Falls High School. Lou was united in marriage with Roland Hadrath on March 24, 1940. They made their home in Montevideo where she was a waitress at Trailways Cafe for 30 years. Lou was a member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church, VFW Auxiliary, and a member of Reassurance Support Group.
She is survived by three sons: Ronald and his wife Carol of Montevideo, MN, Roy and his wife Linda of Montevideo, MN, and Kerry and his wife Joni of Arlington, MN; 12 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; one brother Ardeen Reiten of Minneapolis, MN; and one sister Frances Hammre of Sacred Heart, MN.
Preceding her in death were her parents, husband, Roland, one granddaughter Julia K. Hadrath, and one brother Roy Reiten.
