Marjorie Hendrickson, of Monticello and formerly of Milan, died Friday, March 18, 2011 at the New River Medical Center in Monticello at the age of 91. Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at 10:30 A.M. at the Community Bible Church in Montevideo. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church. Marjorie Rosedell (Hanson) Hendrickson was born on August 17, 1919 in Dawson, MN to Hans and Elizabeth (Hanson) Hanson. She grew up in the Dawson area, graduating from Dawson High School in 1938. On November 8,1942 she was united in marriage to Ingman Hendrickson at her family home in Dawson. After living in Hanley Falls, MN for a short time, they made their home in Milan, where she lived most of her life. She was currently a resident at the New River Nursing Home in Monticello. She attended Community Bible Church in Montevideo and enjoyed reading, flowers,sewing and had a love for animals. Marjorie is survived by six children: David (and Holli) Hendrickson of Fountain Hills, AZ; Dennis (and Jeanie) Hendrickson of Chapel Hill, NC; Delaine (and Marshall) Bulle of Rye, CO; Dean (and Shirley) Hendrickson of Crestview, FL; Dianne (and Lanny) Wentler of Monticello, MN and Donna (and Bill) Bastian of Prairie Farm, WI; twelve grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; four great, great grandchildren, a sister-in-law, Sylvia Hanson of Dawson, MN and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ingman in 1993; a son, Donald; and three brothers: Joel, Talmadge and Harold Hanson.
