Patricia Best

Patricia “Patty” Best died Tuesday, November 5, 2024 at her home in Granite Falls at the age of 62.

Private memorial services will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are with Anderson - TeBeest Funeral Home of Granite Falls.

Patricia Mary (Visness) Best was born August 10, 1962 in Grand Forks, ND the daughter of Ervin and Elizabeth (Gravelle) Visness. She attended school and was raised in Grand Forks. Patty moved to the Montevideo/Watson, MN area in 1996. She worked as a bartender at the City Side in Montevideo and also at the Country Inn and Suites. She moved to Granite Falls in 2014. Patty loved to dance when she was younger. She was a fan of 80's rock ‘n roll and enjoyed sitting around the fire and having a beer with friends. She was an avid MN sports fan, especially the Vikings and the Twins.

She is survived by her special friend, Donald Gilbertson; three sons: Michael (Keshia) Visness of Montevideo, Matthew Best of Montevideo, and Patrick (Amanda) Best of Hazel Run; six grandchildren: Kaylyne, Jace, Lilian, Silas, Ashton, and Jayden; five siblings: Thomas Visness, James Visness, Lynette Hatfield, Cathy Dilling, and Danny Visness; and numbers nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were her parents; and siblings: Jack Visness, Kay Spicer, Diane Rice, Connie Vondall, Karen Moncada, Kerry Visness, and Renae Bouvette-Suedel.
