Patrick Tremblay died Monday, June 16, 2014 at his home in Montevideo at the age of 60.
Memorial services will be held Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at 1:00 PM at the Wegdahl Park.
Patrick Joseph Tremblay was born December 4, 1953 at Greenville, SC the son of Roy and Laverne Tremblay. He attended school and grew to adulthood in Greenville. Patrick moved to Florida where he met LaDonna Ironheart. They were united in marriage November 28, 1987 at Greenville, SC. They made their home in Florida. He was a commercial fisherman, did airplane repair, small engine repair and built yachts at Ft. Meyers Yacht and Ship. He enjoyed southern rock and roll and in the early days traveled with the Marshall Tucker Band. Patrick enjoyed fishing, was famous for his grilling skills, and loved to be at the beach by the ocean, especially the Gulf of Mexico. He moved to Montevideo in 2012 to watch his grandchildren grow up and his greatest joy was watching them play.
He is survived by his son, Morgan (Cassandra) Ironheart of Montevideo, MN; two grandchildren: Chloe and Michael; a brother, Lee Tremblay of Lebanon, MI, and many friends he’s met since he moved to Montevideo..
Preceding him in death were his parents and a sister, Lynn Mosley.
