Raymond E. Pray

Raymond Pray, formerly of Montevideo, died on Friday December 6, 1996 at Elmhurst, Illinois at the age of 81.

Funeral services were conducted on Monday December 9, 1996 at 10:00 AM at the Anderson Funeral Home Chapel in Montevideo with Rev. Tim Lindhorst officiating. Burial was in the Terrace Lawn Memory Gardens.

Raymond E. Pray was born on January 26, 1915 in Bangor, WI to George and Elsie (Hodge) Pray.  He grew up in Montevideo, MN and attended rural schools.   He worked for Dayton Rogers Co., a steel manufacturing Co. in Minneapolis, MN  for many years before retiring as foreman in 1980.  He was currently living in Elmhurst, IL.

He is survived by a son  - Dale Pray and his wife Vicki of Elmhurst, IL; daughters - Donna Heatherly and her husband Jim of Bullhead City, AZ and Delores Saenz and her husband Nick of Phoenix, AZ; 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; sisters - Lela Coulter of Maynard, MN and Lottie McDougal of Montevideo; as well as by several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and by brothers - John, Don and Lloyd Pray.
