Roxanne Barber, of Dawson, died on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at Sanford Medical Center in Sioux Falls, SD at the age of 53.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, May 27, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at the Anderson - TeBeest Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Cemetery.
Roxanne (Picard) Barber was born April 29, 1963 in St. Paul, MN to Daniel and Carolyn (Rank) Picard. She grew up in St. Paul and was united in marriage with Charles Barber April 2, 1982 in Milbank, SD. They made their home in Ortonville, MN before moving to Dawson, MN in 1999. She worked for Olson Dray and Recycling for many years. She enjoyed crocheting and making latch hook rugs.
She is survived by her husband, Charles of Dawson, MN ; a son, Charles Barber, Jr. of Dawson, MN; grandchildren: Charles Barber, Mason Barber, and Hayllie Barber; her father, Dan Picard of Mankato, MN; her father-in-law, Charles L. Barber of Burnsville, MN; a sister, Tammy Gimmer of Mankato, MN; and three brothers: Pat Picard of St. Paul, MN, Randy Picard of Mankato, MN, and Mike Picard of Ft. Dodge, IA.
Preceding her in death were two sons: Timothy Barber and David Picard; a daughter, Stacy Barber; a grandson, Timothy Barber; her mother, Carolyn Picard; and her mother-in-law, Delmar Barber.
