Russell Lorraine Will

Russell Will of Milan died Sunday, June 17, 2007 at the Appleton Municipal Hospital at the age of 89.

Memorial services will be held July 14, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at Bethany Lutheran Church at Williams, MN with burial at Pine Hill Cemetery.

Russell Lorraine Will was born December 15, 1917 at Davenport, IA the son of Raymond and Evelyn (Hanson) Will.  He attended school there and moved to Lake of the Woods County, MN in the late 1930's.  Russell was united in marriage with Tillie Vratisovsky in 1940 in Montevideo, MN.  He served in the US Army during WWII.  They farmed in Lake of the Woods County until returning to Montevideo in the early 1960's.  Russell did road construction for Dunnick’s from 1965-75.  They moved to Milan in 1976.  Tillie died May 11, 2007.

He is survived by three children: Dennis (and Carol) Will of Hinckley, MN, Ray (and Caroline) Will of Milan, MN, and Lorraine (and Mike) Feeley of Alexandria, MN; 11 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-granddaughter.

Preceding him in death were his parents and his wife, Tillie.
