Skylar Shipley, the infant daughter of Terry and Joyce Shipley, died Thursday, March 22, 2012 at the Johnson Memorial Hospital in Dawson.
A memorial service was held Saturday, April 7, 2012 at a 4:00 pM at Hanson & Dahl Funeral Home in Dawson, MN.
Skylar Louise Shipley was born March 7, 2012 at Avera Marshall Regional Medical Center in Marshall, MN the daughter of Terry and Joyce (Humphrey) Shipley. She lived at home with her family in rural Boyd, MN.
She is survived by her parents, Terry & Joyce Shipley; her siblings: Brittany, Bethanie, and Terry, Jr.; godparents, Eric & Brandi Hubbard; grandparents: Art & Cara Adams, Larry & Nancy Shipley and Robert & Cynthia Sawyer; aunts: Amanda, Brittany, Pumpkin, Boy, Kira, Virginia, Nevaeh, and Marisha; uncles: Logan, Gavin, Gabriel, John, and Ben; and extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Phillip Humphrey; and great-grandparents: Ben & Alberta Jones.
