Tommy Lee Waller

Tommy Waller died Thursday, December 3, 2015 at REM in Canby, where he had lived since 1992, at the age of 63.

Memorial service will be held Friday, December 11, 2015 at 3:30 PM at Augustana Lutheran Church in Clarkfield.  Pastor Rena Peterson will officiate and interment will be at Israel Lutheran Cemetery near Clarkfield.

Visitation will be held for one hour before the service at the church.

Arrangements are with Lynner Funeral Home in Clarkfield.

Tommy Lee Waller was born September 3, 1952 in Clarkfield, MN the son of Oscar and Phyllis (Berg) Waller.  He was baptized at Israel Lutheran Church.  Tom enjoyed listening to music, eating, and going for rides, especially to the Dairy Queen.  He attended the Canby Development Achievement Center and has resided at REM in Canby, MN for the past 23 years.  The family is grateful for the compassionate and dedicated staff who cared for him the past 23 years at the home and the DAC.

He is survived by his father, Oscar Waller of Clarkfield, MN; three sisters: Peggy Kouri of Minneapolis, MN, Robyn (Tom) Rolighed of Clarkfield, MN and Becky (Brad) VanBinsbergen of Clarkfield, MN; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins; as well as extended family.

Preceding him in death were his mother, Phyllis; and his grandparents: Oscar and Ida Waller and Arne and Edith Berg.
