Tracy Pruitt, of Montevideo, died on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at the Chippewa County-Montevideo Hospital at the age of 48. Services will be conducted on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at 10:30 A. M. at the Anderson-TeBeest Funeral Home Chapel in Montevideo with Rev. Donald S. McKee officiating.
Tracy Michelle Pruitt was born on April 7, 1965 in Las Vegas, NV, where she was raised by Dale and Barbara Stevens. On October 28, 1995 she was united in marriage to William Pruitt in Las Vegas. She lived in Conneaut, OH for a time before moving to Montevideo. She enjoyed shopping, taking pictures and was very talented doing crafts. She enjoyed her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, William Pruitt; children: Kacie (Chantel) Bollig of Montevideo; Dale (Katie) Highlander of Montevideo; Amanda (Brian) Jones of North Platte, NE; Billy (Trish) Pruitt of Georgia and Susan (Dave) Recklaw of Ohio; fifteen grandchildren: Billy, Skyler, Jackson, Kole, Boston, Austin, Zach, Siera, Rylinne, Dominic, Vinnie, Jerrod, Cheyene, David, Jr. and Landon; parents: Dale Stevens of Appleton, MN and Barbara Stevens of Las Vegas, NV; and sisters: Dawn (Tim) McGowan of Orange, CA, Jerri Ann (Bob) Noxon of Las Vegas, NV and Lori Stevens of Las Vegas; two sisters-in-law: Trisha (Larry) Cruell of Georgia and Donna (Larry) Hopper of South Carolina.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Charlie and Betty Norris; a grandmother, Ruth Smith; a sister-in-law, Toni Edge.
