Trumen Anderson

September 11, 1930 — February 11, 1994

Trumen Anderson, of rural Montevideo, died on Friday Feb. 11 at his home in Lac Qui Parle Co., Minnesota at the age of 63.  Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday February 16, 1994 at 1:00 P.M. at Our Saviours Lutheran Church of Baxter with Rev. Wayne Mensing officiating.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.  Visitation will be Tuesday afternoon and evening at the Anderson Funeral Home in Montevideo.

Trumen Charles Anderson was born on September 11, 1930 in Lac Qui Parle Co., Minnesota to Alfe and Bessie Anderson.  He was baptized and confirmed at Our Saviours Lutheran Church of Baxter and attended school in District 15 in Lac Qui Parle Co. He was united in marriage to Grace J. Zempel on April 7, 1961. He farmed all of his life in Camp Release Township of Lac Qui Parle Co., Minnesota and was a member of Our Saviours Lutheran Church of Baxter.

He is survived by daughters Tamera Anderson of Wood Lake, Mn.; and Toni (Alfred) Vega of Cypress, Ca.; grandchildren - Melissa and Brandon Anderson; by sisters - Mavis (Martin) Punt and Verlie(Dan) Blank of Montevideo and JoAnn(Walt) Myhre of Watson,Mn.; and by brothers - Roy (Janice) Anderson of Montevideo and Orville (Mary Ellen) Anderson of Hanley Falls,Mn. as well as by a number of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, by his wife Grace in 1985; by an infant daughter - Trudy; and by a brother - Jerry.
