Wayne TerEick, of Alexandria and formerly of the Montevideo area, died February 20, 2010 in Alexandria at the age of 70. Services will be conducted on Saturday, February 27 at 1:30 P.M. at Anderson Funeral Home Chapel in Montevideo with visitation one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be at Terrace Lawn Memory Gardens. Wayne Henry TerEick was born on January 21, 1940 to Henry and Ruth (Connor) TerEick. He grew up in Montevideo and attended Montevideo Public Schools. He moved to Minneapolis, where he worked for a number of years at Charies Cafe. He moved to Alexandria, MN, where he has lived for over 30 years. He enjoyed country music and collecting miniature cars. He is survived by a sister, Pat Reinke of Granite Falls, MN; a nephew, Brad Reinke; three nieces: Laura Lovhaug, Barb Reinke and Lisa Reinke and a number of great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Barbra TerEick; and a nephew, Robert Reinke.
