Kevin and Judy were born and raised in Montevideo and graduated from Montevideo High School. Kevin received his degree in mortuary science from the University of Minnesota in 1985 before joining Anderson Funeral Home in 1992. Judy also graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1985 and in 2014, completed the mortuary science program from the Des Moines Area Community College. In addition to being a licensed mortician, Judy is also trained as a funeral celebrant, a Certified Professional in Funeral Planning, a licensed social worker, and holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Southwest Minnesota State.

Born and raised in Montevideo, Kyle attended Montevideo High School and graduated in 2012. He then pursued a degree in Mortuary Science at the University of Minnesota, graduating from the program in 2016. Kyle worked at Parker Kohl Funeral Home in Faribault, MN, until July 2017, when he joined the family firm. He currently holds a funeral director's license in both Minnesota and South Dakota. Kyle has served on the Montevideo Chamber Board of Directors for many years and is a Montevideo Chamber Admiral. He is also a member of the Minnesota Funeral Directors Association Board of Directors, serving as secretary on the executive board. Additionally, Kyle serves on the Granite Falls Lutheran Church Council. Kyle is married to Camille TeBeest, and they reside in Granite Falls with their three children: Campbell, Carsyn, and Kade. Both Kyle and Camille are active members of their community and cherish the relationships they have built since returning to the area.

Born and raised in Montevideo, Kurt attended Montevideo High School and graduated in 2017. He first attended North Dakota State University to pursue a degree in Management. After graduating from NDSU in the spring of 2021, Kurt moved to the Twin Cities, where he attended the University of Minnesota to obtain his degree in Mortuary Science. Following his graduation in 2023, Kurt started his career in the metro area, working at Bradshaw Funeral Homes and Metro First Call. Kurt married his wife, Alyssa, in June of 2024 and immediately moved back to Montevideo to begin their married life, which now includes their yellow lab, Millie. In his free time, Kurt enjoys spending time on the golf course and traveling with his wife. In addition to being a funeral director, Kurt is a Certified Crematory Operator and a Certified Funeral Celebrant.

Linda was born in Dawson, MN. She moved to Montevideo in 1974 and graduated from Montevideo Sr. High School. She married Dave, and they have two boys and seven grandchildren. She has worked various jobs in Montevideo, spending 28 years as the secretary for Lonny and Nancy Tostenson. Linda loves reading and spending time with family. She spends a lot of her time following the sports schedules and other activities of her grandchildren. As a member of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, she has served as President of the congregation and on many boards and committees. She loves working with families to make lasting tributes for their loved ones.

Lynette was born and raised in Pipestone, Minnesota. She graduated from SDSU with a B.S. in Business Administration. In 1983, she and her husband, Rick, moved to Montevideo, where they raised their three sons, Thomas, Shane, and Tyler. Lynette worked as the Inside Sales Manager at MTI for 35 years before joining the Anderson-TeBeest Funeral Home. She loves spending time creating memories with her four grandsons, Grant, Gage, Jace, and Oliver.

Kurt Dahl was born in Dawson and moved to Montevideo in 1953.  He graduated from Montevideo and began a 47 year career in the publishing and advertising field.  He is married to his wife Jenell of 47 years and have three children.  Kurt retired in 2016 and returned to Montevideo.  He is an avid motorcycle rider and member of District 7 American Legion Riders.

Marie was born and raised in Gibbon, MN. After graduating from Gibbon High School, she attended Augsburg College and earned a B.A. in Music Education. Marie taught elementary band and classroom music in Stewartville for several years. Her career path led her to positions in retail, accounting, and business as a manufacturer's sales representative. In 1990, Marie attended Luther Seminary and received her Master's in Divinity in 1994. She has served as pastor to First Lutheran Church in Colorado Springs and to Mount Olivet in South Minneapolis. In 2007, Pastor Marie was called to serve as pastor to Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, Luther Haven Nursing Home, and Jevnaker Lutheran Church in Montevideo. She retired in 2024. Two little-known facts – Pastor Marie has run and completed five marathons and has married over 100 couples at the Chapel of Love, formerly in the Mall of America!
